The dunes project has sweeping views from its position perched on the highest point in Marcus beach, set across three levels with a rooftop terrace on top, we stripped it back to bare slabs and re built it, installing a lift from basement to top to make it a forever home for the client and their family. 

Design was a combination of Maddock and Hong Henwood.
