This thoughtfully designed home was created specifically for its corner block, capturing coastal views and maximising its proximity to the beach. Built on dune sand and positioned hard to the boundary, the project required careful coordination, including piling to the neighbouring property while we established the foundations. Inside, burnished concrete floors are paired with finely detailed joinery, creating a refined interior where every detail has been carefully considered.
