This corner block was the perfect site for a well designed home to take in the views and make the most of its proximity to the beach. Set in dune sand built right to the boundary meant piling the house next door while we laid the foundations for this beautiful home. Inside the home has burnished concrete floors and well appointed joinery that gives you the feeling every bit of detail has been thought off.
