Perched high above Sunshine Beach, this project involved a complete strip-out and rebuild, including an extension and the addition of a new level. Designed by Gavin Maddock of Maddock Design, over 75% of the home’s walls are floor-to-ceiling glass. Achieving this required large open spans, made possible by structural steel that was craned in from the street below and carefully installed by our team.
